Do You Ship Internationally?

International delivery is not available currently but as we grow will will definaetly be offering international delivery on selected products.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery is based on the delivery method selected during check out and your location. Delivery times ranges from 1-5 days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we only accept online bank tranfers through Scotia Bank and NCB. Payment through the Lynk App will also be supported soon.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Order cancellation can be done before your order is packaged, however if you wish to cancel after your order has been packaged, there will be a fee depending on the size and the type of packaging your order requires.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, an account is required to place an order. Signing up to Jamget.com is quick and easy, which take less than 5 minutes.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order from the tracking page on our website and also on the courier order tracking page *if available*. A tracking number will be provided if the delivery method you choose at checkout supports one.

How Can I Return a Product?

Yes, product returns are subjected to the type of products and time after you received your order, more information is available on our return policy page.
